All our pieces are carefully selected, and many are handmade or available by preorder.

● A deposit or full payment is required to confirm any order.
● No deposit = order not confirmed.
● Preorder items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
● Production and delivery times may vary.
● Delays may occur due to customs, shipping carriers, weather, or high demand and are beyond our control.
● By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Shipping Policy

● We ship across the United States and Canada.
● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
● Customers are responsible for tracking their packages.
● We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
● Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

● All sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
● Preorder items are not eligible for return or exchange.
● We only accept exchanges for ready-to-ship items in case of size issues or damage.
● Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
● Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
● For damaged items, proof (photos or videos) is required.
● Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs for exchanges.
● We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions

Jewelry Information

● All our jewelry pieces are 100% handmade, making each item unique.
● Some pieces are made with real silver (Feta).
● Other pieces are crafted with Johar Hor and crystal Hor.
● Colors can be customized depending on customer demand.
● Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur.

Sizing Responsibility

● Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
● Please review measurements carefully before placing your order

Order Cancellation

● Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or in production

Payments

● We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards and PayPal.
● Orders are processed only after successful payment.
